Can't remember if she was major character but she was definitely in that Christmas episode - she embarrassed Martin Freeman's character (again can't remember character name) by talking about sexual positions.

I got it, she was the wife of Frank Skinner in his sitcom Shane. Well thats where I know her from anyway.
