I have this essay question, and I dont really understand what "initiatives" means. Can someone reword the question, or explain to me what the question is asking?

"Outline and explain two initiatives that organizations may utilize to improve equal opportunities"

you need two ideas that a business can take and put into practice to improve equal opps.

so for each idea you will need to expand and explain how to implement the idea and how it will improve eo.
