Do any of you ladies out there use a skin primer? I never did but from reading reviews think I would benefit. Just wondered if you have found a good one as I would welcome any advice.

Clinique do a good range, you can choose the type depending on your specific need or use the 'all purpose' one.

Click on the colour swatches above the price to choose.

I don't even know what a skin primer is grass, so can't help. What's it supposed to do?

Hi Mazie. It is something to smooth over your skin to hide imperfections and give a better base for other make up. Some are so good (apparently) that you can wear just the primer - which is kind of what I was hoping for. Thank you for suggestion Daffy. Will look at that range.
Lol, I'd need a bucketful for my imperfections Grass ;o)
Is it the same as an Undercoat?
Question Author
I doubt it Mazie! Am going to visit superdrug and buy something. Daffy's Clinique ones have excellent reviews.

Yes Zeuhl. Exactly that.
Smash box. Reasonably priced and brilliant.
I use Benefit Porefessional, very nice, you can wear it on its own or use it under foundation - it goes on really nice over the top. You only need a pea-sized blob.
I always think Smashbox is considered the best but it's about £21. L'Oreal Studio Secrets is also good and a bit cheaper. The ones you can wear on their own are probably the BB creams (eg Garnier) as they have a tiny bit of colour added but personally I find them too greasy.
Zeuhl exactly like a poly filler fills in the cracks but a great product.
