Samsung Galaxy Tab 2

My wife has bought one of these and after getting used to how it functions (nearly) she has tried to get stuff from it to our computer. When we plug in the lead to the USB port Samsung Keis.com comes up but from there we can get nowhere. Help please. It can't be too difficult to do can it?? Chris

What is it you are trying move?
I transfer my photos and videos and have done it like this not using Keis on numerous occasions with no problems at all. I find it easy.
Firstly I open My Documents on my laptop and create a new folder in both My Pictures and My Videos if I am transferring both.
I then connect my Tab to the laptop and open the photo/video file. Having both the Tab and the new folder I’ve just created on the laptop on the screen I simply drag the photo across. You don’t have to drag them one by one you can highlight them all and drag them all across at once. You may find it easier than trying to get your head around Keis. Transfering anything will work this way, I've put music and my Kindle books onto my Tablet using this method in reverse.
Have a go, connect your Tab and close Keis if it automatically opens.

reconnet it with your pc then enable usb debugging and then transfer your stuff from pc to your device

Not yet Yorky. Its not mine you see and we have the grand children coming for the night tonight but I will remind her to get on with it A S A P Cheers
