Finished now and have put Idol, Maimed and Nameless for the three either or. Going on holiday on Thursday so won't see the answers, could you post them on Sat the 30th November so I can see that I put all the wrong answers in (just if you remember) Thanks

Hi atsgran I have gone for a different one from you on one of them,but it is really is guesswork,as I said on a rprevious thread on previous occasions when either Sam or Katburd phoned them up they were aware of double answers and were accepting either,don't know if that is the case now.Hope you have a nice holiday,and if you remind me when you come back I shall certainly give you the answers if I remember them,good luck.

Hi all, I have informed the Daily Record office of the 3 clues which may have alternative answers to them, the office will check with the compiler to find out if the alternative answers will be accepted, I will update you when I hear from them.

an update on my phone call yesterday to Daily Record Office, I had to phone again this morning only to be told the compiler has not yet got back to her, so she will chase him up and get back to me. (5 clues in question).

90a]scattered (around)=answer has to be dotted (fits with hindered and note
they are thinking along the lines of a new format consisting of coloured squares within the crossword, the winner will be picked if you have the correct answer from the coloured squares.

Thanks for that Katburd,oh well at least the three realy iffy ones are dual answer acceptance,goodness knows if the new format they are intending will rectify matters or not,I guess we will have to wait and see,hopefully atsn will see this post before she goes on holiday tomorrow,put her out of her misery.and hope Sam also sees it,thanks again for your trouble.x
