hi does anyone use one of those wedge looking booster cushions? are they any good?... I use a normal cushion but they soon go flat, on ebay there is the wedge style or a square cushion im assuming is more solid than a everyday cushion, not sure which one would be best

Is it made of memory foam ?.
A chiropractor once told me to use on of those wedge shaped ones because they are good for your back. Apparently, when you sit down your knees should always be lower than your hips and most car seats make you do the opposite. A friend of mine used one when he had a bad back and said it helped.
The same (wedge-shaped) product is available through two different Amazon traders. Rather oddly, the reviews are all positive here:

thanks will get one bought, don't think its memory foam just says something like toughened sponge
Memory foam wouldn't really adjust your position, just mould around your rear.

So, one sits on them rather than leans back on them eh ? Didn't realise that.

looked at the reviews for both types and they are not very good so instead of my usuall cushion the ones you throw on a sette I might try one of those padded kitchen chair cushions instead
