I remember in ,"the old days", when we drove on the Continent we had to put amber covers on our headlamps. Are all these imports which entering the country, using different lighting beams to us, legal ? you can tell a mile away that the headlamps are different.

Imported cars need the headlight to show the light beam to the front with a little to the left on each headlight. Just like us other wise it will dazzle the oncoming cars. It will be illegal for foriegn cars to drive and dazzle our on coming cars.

mdoo98 - nothing to do with putting a stop to crime etc., but since you mention it, what about the reverse, i.e.British lights on the Continent ?
