Do you think the Prince of Wales is entitled to speak out on important issues as he has been doing, and do you all think of his views?

Yes he is, he's not King yet he has the same right as the rest of us.

I agree with some of his views but there are a few oddities, talking to plants etc and mumbo jumbo medicine, but he talks a lot of sense on some subjects. Loved his famous "Monstrous carbuncle......" rant!

I don't give a rats a$$ what he says or thinks. He can say what he likes, when he likes. Him and his entrie family are about as relevant to me as those who represent organised religion (ie totally and utterly irrelevant).
I hope he does continue to insist on making political comments because he will eventually spark a constitutional crisis and we can get rid of the Royal family altogether. They are a complete anachronism in a modern, democratic society.
Ditto what kick3 and Drusilla posted
Like father - like son

All that inbreeding has certainly had an effect hasn't it? the whole lot of them haven't got 2 brain cells to rub together ;o)

he can say what he likes, but I certainly don't listen!

Well I can't wait to see how the anti-monarchists among you enjoy having a Dictator tell you what to do etc. At least the Royal Family encourages Tourism to the country and for me Prince Charles has every right to say what he likes just the same as you or I . Maybe one day you will get the Imam you deserve !
Yes he should speak out - and the monarchy is a vital constitutional safeguard.

Does it matter. I am sure a smaller percentage of the country support the monarchy than actually vote, if thats actually possible. I quite like him really, him and his crazy dad seem to be the only ones of any use in his family. Anything that annoys the Diana brigade is fine with me.

He can say what he likes - he's as entitled to express his opinion freely as the rest of us.

How the monarchy is vital is another debate altogether. They don't actually do anything, do they?
stevie21 what do you do that is vital for the country ? I am seriously interested .
Dolly1308 - I've never claimed that I did.
Literally thousands of people, however, have said that the monarchy are vital.

I don't believe they are.

But seeing as you've asked, I try to raise money for charity. As you're in a position to question my character, I'm sure you're a wonderful individual and I'll expect to see a donation from you on the site there.

I'm also rather shameless about raising such funds as you now know. Everyone reading this thread will now hopefull feel compelled to donate a quid or two :-D (I think the min is 2)

Over to you, Dolly1308
Congratulations stevie21 but I did not call into question your character merely wanted to know what you did for the country and you shown me .Excellent .
