I have painful abdominal bloating, which I've had for about a week now.
It hasn't affected my bowel movements.
I'm getting a bit of lower back pain too.

I haven't gone to the GP yet, as I'm hoping it would go away.

Does anyone know what it could be?

Your bowels and waterworks are normal, you have had fertility problems and last year about the same time, you had similar symptoms.
