ebay spamming

Has anyone else received a spam email from someone they've bought stuff off on Ebay and paid through Paypal? It lists 5 email addresses and asks you to send �3 to the first address on the list and then take them off and add your own address at the bottom. Is it worth complaining to Paypal or Ebay?
