Can you look on the ipad somewhere to see what internet sites someone has been looking at even if the history has been deleted? Many thanks

Sheerradk or anyone know if you clear this history using the advanced settings does it also help,with the speed of your ipad.
I have noticed (& also a friend) that since the upgrade to ios7 the ipad2 seems a little slower at times. Although in discussion earlier with my friend our devices are now approx 2 years old so therefore if it were a laptop we would also notice a difference. Any thoughts anyone?

Don't know, I haven't cleared mine. Also, I haven't updatd my iPad to iOS 7, it's about 6 months old.
