Constant annual grant over the next 10 years is 168$
An investor faces a cash flow tax or his investment of 40%. In particular, assume that he receives a tax credit on his initial expense of 40% which is directly paid to him. His savings are taxed at a rate of 25%. What is the net present value (NPV) of the investment project now?
