Hi,
The 179MB .avi file I'm trying to send via OE is just too big, & even when I compress it, at 130MB it's still too big.
The recipient's going to send a memory stick so I can copy it & send it by post, but is there any other way I can get it to her today ?
Cheers

I have never done it, but search on "send large files" in Google to see if there is a free service. Dropbox is one (not sure of their size limit)

However depending on your broadband speed it may take an age to upload 130Mb.

Remember upload speed is never as quick as download speed.
I use this site. Yesterday, 875MB took an hour to send so as VHG says, it depends upon the speed of your broadband.

Wetransfer.com allows files of up to 2Gb to be uploaded to their site. The recipient is then sent a download link so that he/she can retrieve it. It's really easy. After clicking to accept cookies, click on 'Add files', browse to where your file is stored and select it. Enter email addresses for yourself and the recipient, adding a message if you want. Click 'Transfer'. Job done.
