Can I view/download television programmes?

Are there any sites where you can view or download a particular episode of a bbc tv programme ? I would like to watch a paricular episode of Homes under the hammer from last year. I have tried searching the bbc site and archive section with no joy.

I'm not aware of the Beeb allowing this sort of thing.

There are countless sites which allow you to download shows that other people have been recorded, but first of all that's a legal minefield, and secondly they tend to offer "big" shows - so finding Lost or Stargate is probably easy enough, but finding a relatively minor BBC own production is less likely.
