Right now listen up because I’m only going to say it once.
I’ve realised that this site is helpful but certain people deem it not the place for private personal matters. I’m not going to start delving into the ‘what has happened’ and ‘what will happen’. I’ve been criticised for something and it infuriates me. I want to vocalise my anguish but I can’t.
So I’ve decided that instead of posting anything that ‘said’ person feels private I’ve set up a sub-page for anyone to contact me on. Although the website asks for an email address you don’t need to provide your own – just type in [email protected] or whatever takes your fancy.

This way you can spout your private stuff at me without anyone taking it the wrong way.

talk about over-reaction. if saying "can you have private conversations in private" is enough to send someone into a complete tiz, make them set up a completely new site, do a great big "i'm leaving because of this wah wah wah" post, to be in anguish, to be infuriated then i reckon the internet probably isn't for them and they should lie down in a darkened room for most of the day. I really, really don't appreciate being made into a bad guy over 1 innocuous sentence. I am all for people reaching out on the internet - i did it myself when my children died and needed anyone to talk to at 2 oclock in the morning. However, this is just manipulation.

that's odd umm, to me, this post certainly had the flavour of "i'm having a strop and leaving because bednobs said this horrible dreadful thing to me"

Maybe so. He's not in a happy place but I can't really see anything you've said that is wrong. It's an opinion which you are 100% entitled to express. You weren't nasty or horrible.
