If the problem is wholly the fault of the supply company, you can insist they send a prepaid post label for return of the goods. Tell them, if they don't, you will charge them a weekly storage fee of £5 per week for a year, until they owe you £250, when you will consider they have abandoned their rights to the goods.

I once got home from holiday to find I'd received an expensive camera in the post that I hadn't ordered. Then I found I had been charged £490 on my credit card. I was abroad at the time the order was placed and I had the card.
It was a battle to get the money back.
Check your bank/card statement

All sorted now their sending me free returns note and lable, Many thanks people :-)
guys david56 has said he did not order them thats not hard to decipher-he didnt order them but the company sent them to him in error then wanted them sent back for £3.95. He only said his shoe size as somebody asked if they would fit him anyway
squidgirl- maybe you are right, maybe of us are a bit slow on the uptake. I'm still not clear whether they ever tried to take money from his bank/credit card for the two pairs of shoes but maybe again I'm showing I'm not bright enough to decipher what's been said.
