I have just bought a new lcd tele which has freeview inside it. How can I record a freeview station onto video?

please help, playstation game?!?!

Either through a SCART socket on the back or if you don't have that then you should have small round Audio out + Video out sockets. Unless it's a twin tuner TV you probably wont be able to record one programme while watching another though.
