i've downloaded the TVCATCHUP android app to my kobo arc and only just used it now and it is approximately 3 minutes behind the tv schedule. Is this classed as watching live tv? it has every freeview channel on it too, I didn;t realise it existed.

I use filmon.com here in Spain, and yes they are time delayed, but then so is my satellite TV in the bedroom compared to separate satellite TV in the lounge.
