Anyone know how you turn on the front interior light in a Vauxhall Zafira? I just hired one and couldn't figure it out. Not much use when you're driving along, and need to read a map.

If it's the same type of switch for the EXTERIOR lights as on my Astra, pull the switch towards you to switch on the interior light.
It took me ages to find that out myself.

me too ianess... if a passenger had to read directions or a map at night, i used to have to pull over so they could open the door so the light would come on. Took me about 6 years to work out how to turn them on properly...
