Perhaps she's on holiday. I know there have been issues with her working from Salford, maybe it's come to a head and she's had a major bust up with the bosses.

I saw her on BBC2 the other night whilst channel hopping, may have been Newsnight.
Maybe she's filling in whilst the regulars are on holiday.
