When I was I little boy in the late 60s I remember hand held wind up sparklers on a spinning metel wheel. What Topics would this come under?

It depends what your question is. If it's "Does anybody remember these toys?", then probably the "History" part of "History & Myths". If it's "Where can I buy one today?", then "Shopping". If it's to do with the principle of how they work, then "How it Works" or "Science". If it's "When I was little, all my friends had one of these but my parents refused to let me have one and I was consequently traumatised for life", then "Parenting".

Yes I had good times with the Spinning Wheel. Great fun but boy did I get a whollop when spinning it at a petrol station. Next I would like to know about the Weeballs Wobble but they dont fall down.

YOu can still buy them in Germany/Austria - I went to Vienna in December and they had them for sale in the Christmas market stalls - along with all sorts of fantastic bits and pieces!
