darn it, just noticed a reflection in the porch window and realised when i cam home at 5pm I haven't switched the side lights off. It was torrential rain at that time. I daren't start the car now incase the battery is low, will it charge up at all just sitting there overnight?

I think I would take it for a trip round the block, but I am sure the chaps will advise.

Go out and start it, it's only 5 hours, it should be ok. It won't charge on it's own. Better now than in the morning.

Start it and leave it running for 20 minutes or so. no lights or anything on.
