Battered foods

Was just reading a previous post and it inspired me to ask.... What is your favourite batterd food? Mine is the battered pizza slice with the Fritter coming a close second. yum!

Mushrooms in batter are delicious and also cubes of pork like you get in Sweet and Sour are great too.

Keeping traditional, I would have to say a nice bit of cod or maybe haggis. Delicious!!

Have to admit to not liking battered food - prefer it breadcrumbed.

Do like Yorkshire Pudding though, just to be inconsistent.

Definitely mushrooms from the chippy on a skewer. Mind you deep fried prawn balls from chinese good too.

Can't stand em when the batter is old ;o)
