If your new pension provider gives you paperwork to transfer one pension to another, then yes you can.
On the face of it yes just as Boxtops has said, but are you transferring a Company pension from one employer scheme to another or changing Companies for a private Pension.
If Company schemes are they both the same type, ie defined benefit or defined contributions. If Private are you sure the new Company is performing better that the existing and what are you likely to lose in Charges. This is where an IFA would be able to give you advice that could save you a lot of money and/or heartache in the future.
