Handy Tips Please For Finding 'lost' Ipod In House!

Aggghhhh!! Kids!

Son cannot find his new ipod touch at all. Says he last had it in his bedroom but hasnt seen it for a week! didnt tell me at the time incase I was cross he couldnt find it, and so now a week has lapsed. I have tipped his room upside down and cannot find it. I have 'interrogated' him, lol, as to whether he has lent it to a friend etd and he swears he hasnt. Have looked in all other rooms with no joy.

So any handy tips for finding items that small??

Still not turned up! Im not replacing it - its just sooo annoying!
he does have a big bedroom but have been through every drawer, pockets of all his clothing, the wash basket........

Whenever one of mine loses something I always say "I know where it is."
The offspring look at me expectantly and then I say
"It's where you left it."
They are so gullible - they fall for it every time

Actually I havent checked under the car seats.......... worth a long shot.

Its the fact that he doesnt seem that bothered which is annoying me more than anything. I should tell him that whoever finds it can keep it!

He is 13, and has become a typical stroppy teenager almost overnight!

First of all, this must be the first teenager I've ever heard of who has lost an iPod and doesn't think their right arm has been cut off. Makes me think he didn't want it in the first place.
Perhaps he has it and he's just enjoying winding you up. You reckon?

No he definitely doesnt have it. Think he doesnt seem bothered because he got a kobo for Xmas, which has/does all the ipod does and more. I hasten to add that the Kobo was bought before I knew he had 'lost' the Ipod.

If he was mine he'd be told he's down to £10 for presents until he's learned how to look after possessions properly or it's been found.
I bet if you took the Kobo away till he'd found the iPod he might be a bit more bothered.

Still missing in our house too - I haven't had a proper look yet, I've left it mainly to him. I've told him when he tidies everywhere properly it'll probably turn up - he hasn't done that yet so I am not helping.

Did it ever turn up Smo? We found No2 son's one last week....buried in a box of lego under the bed. Also found the door key he lost last October....I was on a bit of a roll :)
