go to www.insolvency.gov.uk there is a on line service
Do you mean discharged? Check the insolvency register it should say your status on there http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/
The official receiver will contact you prior to discharge. If you conducted your bankruptcy according to the rules outlined by the O?R it will be discharged in 12 months. It will be discharged sooner if you aquire funds sufficient to pay your creditors, but generally 12 months is the minimum time you will remain bankrupt. Contact your O/R directly. he/she will be able to tell you if you are discharged but if not, when it's likely to be.
