Why? Where does it say in Islam or the Quran that they can kill kids, or anyone for that matter?

Whilst we're on the subject, what does it say about sharia law? From what i understand that means something similar to the murderous crusades? As in go forth to places and force others to believe what you believe in and if they don't kill them?

Does this sound normal to you?

Keyplus - “... Ahh, then come my little birdie a so called expert of twisting words and verses of Quran...”

Yawn. How many times have you made this fatuous claim now? It must be at least a dozen times. It's getting very tiresome to listen to you deny the reality of your own holy texts. The passages I quote are in the Koran – there's absolutely no doubt about it – yet you claim I'm somehow “twisting” them. Your ignorance and arrogance is so predictable.

You further shoot yourself in the foot by adding, “... for example he [birdie] has given 2:191 but I know why he left 2:192 as that does not suit him. Here it is, ///2:192 But if they cease, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful./// Another fine example of posting what suits you...”

Actually, verse 2:192 suits my position just fine. It doesn't do yours any favours though. You accuse me of being “thick” yet you fail to see that these verses just further show the Koran to be a deeply unpleasant book. For your information, what verses 2:191 and 2:192 say is that unbelievers should be murdered yet if they stop being unbelievers and convert to Islam then Allah MIGHT forgive them. Not WILL forgive them; just might. Regardless of Allah's decision to either forgive or not, the two verses quite clearly state, “Convert to Islam or die.”. And you think that this supports your claim that the Koran is a “good” book!?!

The fact that you claim that people who highlight the Koran's intolerant and violent texts are “twisting” the words just goes to show you for the blinkered zealot that you so clearly are.
Keyplus has given a lame answer about violence which is indisputably promoted by Islam in any objective reading of the Qu'ran.

However there were also the verses that promoted rape and sexual slavery. Perhaps he would like to that into "context".

Keyplus -

Since you previously said, “...if I were to ask people like Beso to give me where in Quran it is written that he/she claims, then I am sure there would be nothing to back the claim...” then I look forward to your reply to Beso's above post.

I won't be holding my breath.
… and we have the predictable deafening silence from Keyplus. When faced with his own religion's vile texts and teachings on matters such as rape and murder, he vanishes as usual.
Christianity has at least as bad a track record and that is considered "normal".
Some may consider it normal but I consider all the Abrahamic religions are noting more than factions of the same disgusting death cult philosophy.

The faithful forget that their most treasured Abraham was a psychotic who was about to murder his son when he had a revelation that it wasn't necessary. And that became the basis for religions that were adopted by half the people on Earth.

Sounds like organised insanity to me.
Christianity may have a bad record, but this is recently, do Christians shoot children for wanting an education, or like these poor people, set fire to the building. Not normal, but what is normal in any religion,
