Are you talking about mobile phones? If so, I don't think Sky offer a package (and if they do they will be using someone else as a carrier).

To be honest, it is very much depending on the area you live in. If you go to each of the carrier's homepages you will find a map with their areas of coverage.

In my area (Great Yarmouth) they are all okay for voice signals but o2 do not offer 3G where as Tmobile & Vodafone do. In North Norfolk, most carriers are rubbish.

I take it you're on about broadband connections.

My brother is on Sky surf, speak and see or whatever it's called and thinks it's brill - he gets around a 6Mb connection speed. I've heard a lot about Orange being one of the worst providers...there was a report on watchdog rating them all. I've been on Tiscali the last year and have had no problems at all apart from recently my conneciton speed is virtually non existant in the evening. Before, I've had Bt and AOL and with both providers I've had an excellent service. AOL can be a bit tricky to leave though. But everything else was great.

Thanks both for your great answers - I was actually talking about my internet connection disconnecting, but my mobile is even worse!
