I have a new (3 years old) bathroom suite, it's white with black scuff marks on the sides and bottom from novelty bubble bath bottles falling in (kids novelty ones). I've tried neat bleach, Mr Muscle, vanish etc. Anyone got any ideas. Elbow grease hasn't helped either. Thanks

Try nail varish remover or petrol. (best not to smoke while your using it though)

thanks xray, i'll try the nail varnish remover first, easier than syphoning petrol from the tank!
Is this a plastic or enamel bath ? If it is plastic - nail varnish remover could melt it. Have you tried one of those little sponges that takes scuffs from laminate floors .... vanish etc.Avaliable in most supermarkets, chemist chain ... s....drug.

luckily I've not had time to tackle the bath today so havn't run the risk of melting it, thanks for the advice sense4all. I've not seen the scuff removers but I'll look out for one. Thanks again
