I would suggest .org as .info and .biz suggest information/entertainment, .com suggests a commercial site and .net suggest something possibley a bit tecchie. .org suggest a official/quasi-official non-profit organisation established for some noble purpose - such as education.
I suppose .edu or .ac.uk are out of your range, being reserved for official eductional establishments? Personally speaking, I still think that .com has the best ring to it. That will be seen as the original and the best foe some time to come. The other suffixes hve their uses but for more specific purposes.
If its a business then .com is best and most appropriate. .biz is also appropriate for a business - it is restricted to "bona fide business or commercial use", but is not yet as well known as .com. Another advantage is that people typing in your domain name into IE will get the .com automatically appended. If you are serious about your business and the .com domain you want is available then take it, but take also the other versions, including .biz to prevent others from using them.
.(dot) com is easy to remember and more well known.
