Hi I've got two answers but I can't see how they are worked out. Can anyone help, please?
16 Across: Treat injured in a rugby team. They'll adapt (11). Answer: ALTERATIONS. But how?
10 Down: Grab bags to throw off on travels (13). GLOBETROTTING
