Finding the cause would be ideal so you can try and get rid and prevent them.

Do you know what is causing them?

If you have any conditions which could affect your immune system such as diabetes, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease or rhumatoid arthritis or have other symptoms then get them checked out by your GP.

Also get checked out if they are numerous and won't go or keep coming back.

Also check effects of any medications you take especially immunosuppressants.

Use anti-bacterial soap or gel for cleaning and make sure they are always dried properly.

Is it anywhere you shave or sweat a lot? If so then it could be aggravating things.
Dab with acetone (nail polish remover) unorthodox I know but good quick fix.
