Ebay - Unfair To Sellers

I sold an item last Sunday and the buyer hasn't paid despite a polite reminder. She has 100% feedback so I wasn't too bothered...until I have just read her feedback. She has never paid for an item yet! Since Ebay did away with the facility for sellers to leave negative feedback, people like this woman can get away with it.
I have been in touch with Ebay and filed an unpaid item report. I did suggest she should be banned/suspended and their response was that if I leave any negative comments on her feedback I will be breaking their rules and I will be the one to be suspended! This is so bloody unfair.
Not a question really - more of a rant.

Did anybody else bid for it because if they did it should go to the person second on the list. I missed out on an item and the person couldn't pay for it and I won it and I got it cheaper than what they would have paid.

But I agree Mrs O this isn't on and shouldn't be allowed!

Long time ago I got into a tangle with eBay when I needed their help over a sale and all I got was an endless series of emails, from someone different every time. There was no continuity, or any way of speaking to a human being. Someone told me at the time they use a special kind of parroting software that detects the subject of your email and sends an appropriate response, in other words it wasn't even read. I have no idea if that is true or not, but the upshot was that I finally swore I would never use eBay again - and never have. There are other ways to buy and sell things. Their loss, Mrs. O!
