sometimes I find it hard to get to sleep, sometimes I have a 4 hour nap ....OMG :-)
I'm just passing through and got caught up in a Q I posted.

Ahh, it's not just me! I only sleep 4 hours a day, but on my day off I sleep for England!

My sister has Lymphoma, she's had all the massage work but she wont wear the bandages, they got her arm down to normal but she didn't follow the advice she was giving and now she's back to square 1.
