Can anyone tell me why when I switch my tablet on I get a full screen picture of the house of commons speaker. I don't think that I have done anything to cause this. I wonder what he would think if he knew that I am tapping his nose every day. Please help me to get rid of him. Thanks.

Thank you all so much. It was the wallpaper which I had never heard of.
I'm still baffled how he got there.
