Icelands Frozen Spinach

I bought some frozen spinach last week and not used to cooking that veg.
How would you cook it and what what you have with it.
I eat all veg but never fancied having it before so I hope its good a good flavour to it!

You really need to buy it fresh, nothing slimy about it at all! I love it, also great in omelets.

I was shopping y/day and looked at fresh spinach, and hey, that is what i will go for next time. I'm sure i will find it much better for me!

Slimey? I wonder why... Perhaps there was a bit much water left in it. Next time you decide to cook it try squeezing out the water. I'm sure it'll turn out great.
With fresh spinach, remember that if you buy a huge pile, it will reduce to a tiny amount when cooked.
It never ceases to amaze me how such a huge bag just wilts to almost nothing!

I eat all veg but never spinach, so will have fun trying out all sorts of dishes and experimenting with it.
I'm sure if all you abers like it, its good enough for me to sample some more x
Puss, if you make juices in the blender or juicer FRESH spinach would be a good addition.
