Any Dubonnet drinkers?

I have been a Dubonnet fan since i could legally drink nearly 40 years ago. I bought a bottle recently and it definitely tastes and smell different and not for the better. So...it it me or have they changed it?

Was up early and swept the big patio, fed some feral cats (Mr N wasn't looking!) put in one load of washing, made a cuppa and back in bed.

Morning all...very damp and a real feel of 4C, is it any wonder we feel like crip? I'll do my best to ignore the way I feel and maybe it'll go away. Went to bed at 9 last night and it was still (almost) light!

That's funny woofy, at the time you were eating your apple so was I. Mine was sliced and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon but yours sounds lovely. Yes, I've noticed the classics on amazon, I've got quite a few real ones gathering dust on the shelves but I'm enjoying the novelty of the kindle now. I downloaded a 'romantic suspense' for free...because I liked the 'cover' haha. It's ok-ish so far. I must buy a superfast charger I think, it takes a long time doing it via the computer.

I'm imagining ryanair priority boarding as a super speeded up walkway that hurls travellers off the end and straight through the plane door in a big pile, hahaha.

Ordering us all some good health, good weather and good teeth.

I cleared out many of my paper books (the ones that I wasn't attached to) and downloaded the kindle version. The only thing is that I found that I needed two chargers, one downstairs and one beside the bed.

the dowload speed of an entire book amazes me woofy, it's faster than turning an AB page.

yup, pictures and everything. I love having one thing on my bedside table and not the old teetering pile of books (I an a concurrent reader)

It's dull but dry and chilly .Hope you are all OK .
Cosmic thoughts please for my dear old schoolfriend who has to have an op today .She has a prolapsed mytral valve in her heart .
Hope you are all Ok .I need to get a grip and go and do some food shopping but I'll have to glug 600mg first.
I so want one of those gadgets ,perhaps I could download a new body :)

Sending her best wishes shaney...heart operations are so good nowadays, my 80 yr old uncle had a major one and was back to his old self in no time. Shop loads. :)

Very windy here so lots of washing going on. Delighted with our accosuntant, hija is getting a tax refund of 700€ so that will pay off her debts, such a relief. He doesn't really know about them! She didn't earn enough to declare anything but as soon as he said she would get that back, I was signing it all like mad.

Just spoke to sister who's just returned from Greece, the friend she went with has elephantitis, and fell over a kerb the first day and smashed her head, and got very good treatment but sissy had to bathe the head and dress it everyday, and off course they couldn't walk far. Well sissy loves to ramble and roam so she was stuck there.

that's funny neti, i usually blame bad icecubes ha ha. I am washing and reprooffing my coats today. You need a spotless washing machine, no detergent residue, then they get washed with special wash, then rinsed in reprooffer, then tumble dried to heat set the waterproofing. Dogs are asleep for a change.
