Hi all,

I have recently purchased a beautiful black, Welsh section D cob mare, and although I new she was pidgeon toed beforehand I was told this is perfectly normal for Welsh cobs - is this true ? She is sound in everyway, but I was just curious, she may need some bell boots though.....

We had a Welsh Cob mare many years ago and I don't recall her being pigeon toed. I wish she had been sometimes as she was alway treading on my feet.
Not too sure to be honest but a good farrier should be able to suggest a suitable way of correcting them if necessary!!
