Help with starting a party planning business

I am thinking about setting up a party planning business from home. I have lots of good ideas, but just not sure where i start, and how do i know how much to charge.

first of all you need to establish the expectations of your clients, for a wedding party u would need maybe more elaborate decor but for a birthday maybe not so much. you need to get your suppliers, for the balloons, the entertainment the catering, you have to have the full package to offer, then you need to decide if u are going to find venues, or let the client tell u the venue and fit into it, the buzz word will be flexibility and the key word will be costings.
