New Zealand passport cover

My brother is emigrating and would like to get him one for his new passport. Have searched for ever and can't find one specific to New Zealand anywhere. Any suggestions appreciated :)

I take it your brother has a UK/EU passport but you want to get him an NZ passport cover?

If you live in or near London it may be worth a visit to NZ House in The Haymarket as there are several shops in the arcade next door which sell NZ items and may well have p/port covers.

If you cannot manage they journey, try a phone call to the switchboard at NZ House or the High Commission and ask the operator if she knows of anywhere. It may sound odd but they are usually very helpful.

I doubt whether you will find one. I suspect the passport cover is a Brit thing to hide the EU passport so covers other than Brit would not be used anywhere. After your brother reaches NZ and waves his new EU doc at the airport he will be able to hide it away unseen until he ventures further. No one in NZ is likely to ask to see it, after arrival, except a bank to cash travel cheques but these are going out of fashion. Nice thought of yours but may be a little over the top. Anyway, consider the passport of one country being used to cover the actual passport of another (if that's what you plan). Sounds dicey and not a little fraudulent which any promotion seeking immigration officer could make a meal of.
