I've just came from having a shower and noticed the l.e.d screen of the boiler showing a weird symbol of a box with an arrow pointing down so i've ran to the boiler instruction manual and that says it means "Water pressure too low" and the screen also says 0.7 bar?

What does this mean, why is the water pressure too low? Do i have a leak somewhere? Please help asap as i had an important function to go to and am now stuck in the house until this is resolved.

I am no expert, Henrietta, but I think it means you need more water in the system.

Hi sammy. This must mean that there's leak but i've checked under the sink, around the dish washer, washing machine and around all radiators, taps and toilets but nothing! Water doesn't disappear into thin air unless through condensation? What exactly's caused this?
There will be a tap (usually a leaver type) from the water inlet pipe. When you turn it to the on position you will hear water going into the system and the number will increase, when it gets to about 1.5bar turn it off and your done.
I`m not sure whether the householder is supposed to do it but underneath my combi boiler there is a sort of metal wovan hose and where that attaches to the pipe, there is a lettle black tap/lever. If my water pressure drops, I turn the lever and that lets more water into the system. The pressure should be between the 1 and 2 bar mark. The water can be heard coming into the system and when the bar gets to the correct level, I close the tap again. I don`t think it means you have a leak, it`s probably air getting into the system somewhere.
It could be a tiny leak that you will never find also occurs when you bleed the air out of radiators.
I had the pressure drop on my combi boiler recently, no sure why yet, I followed the instructions from one of these videos to sort it quite easily.

Yes, it's the pressure in the sealed system. There should be a "filling loop" under the boiler. They vary. Look in the manual for instruction on how to top-up.

The cause could be a small leak on the radiator circuit.
It may be a faulty pressure valve that's letting water out at too low a pressure.
Possibly the Pressure vessel has an air leak so that pressure isn't retained.
Commonly, it just needs the pressure vessel re-charging. (Pumped up with a normal footpump.)

Hi, i've been really busy so haven't done anything but last night the heating stopped, they're still hot water but that's probably going to stop any second now as the pressure's now showing 0.6 bar.

The loop thingy which is shown in some as a flexible pipe is actually already a copper pipe joined between the cold water inlet and what i think is the pressure release valve which says "DO NOT ADJUST"

Just to clarify, do i turn the cold water inlet valve (far right) until the pressure gauge goes up to 1.5 bar? If so do i turn of the power first?
