I'm taking these and have to let them dissolve under my tongue. I must say I hate this as they take quite a while and I end up just sucking them at the end. Is that OK or is there any other way of taking them?

I have no idea what homeopathy granules are but wanted to let you know that the majority of the medical and scientific communities believe that homeopathy is a load of rubbish.
