Saab 93 convertible, tried to put the roof down today and the Sid unit just kept coming up with the message 'check soft top storage area', the storage area was as it should be, roof went down a couple of weeks ago no problem. Any ideas please?

Ok Traci, it is similar to mine, is the roof opening so far and then stops ?.
My Mum had a Saab that did that, it was one of the electric switches and cost a fortune :(

Nope, undo the catch, press the button and display comes up.
Ok Traci, first thing is check the hydraulic oil level although I doubt that it is that, but if you are lucky it could be at a low level if not then has Sharinghan says it is most likely to be a sensor or the control module.
