Have just seen Bonnie Tyler singing our Eurovision Song entry this year. Guessing we're not going to win this year either.

How many points, Islasmum? :-)
It's our austerity entry, no win no fee for staging it next year.
Its not such a bad song if you don't look.
It would have been a lot worse - if Norton had sung.
Or listen, Maydup.... ;-) x
The Beatles could bring back John and George from the dead, reform, and sing the best selling song in the history of music, and we still wouldn't win, so don't worry about it.

Maybe we could get Cliff Richard back for next year? I feel that this year might be another null points!
I would love the UK to win, Islasmum. But then I'm Irish and we certainly don't want it! x

Abysmal song, abysmal singer!
I think it's ok, after some of the truly abysmal songs we have entered previously (anyone remember Katie Price?)
...and Englebert !

Bbbananas - I don't think that Katie Price represented UK in the Eurovision Song Contest - although she did get into the choose a singer and a song - wasn't that the year that Jamilia (? not sure about name) got through - and possibly had null pointe? Anyway, I don't really care about who wins, we all know that the points being awarded have very little to do with the singer or the song.
