Quiche With Frankfurters

Is it worth pre cooking them ? I am tempted not to bother and just chop them up and cook the quiche as normal. They will be cooked by the time the quiche is taken out,

Frankfurters are basically pre-cooked anyway. This is why you just heat them up in water rather than boiling them. You should just add them to your quiche as is.
