Finished a 5 day course of steroids for asthma without decreasing dose. Feel awful woozy and spaced out. How long will it last?

it is probably nothing to do with the steroids

I agree with bednobs and sqad. Starting, being on and stopping oral (prednisolone) steroids does not produce any feelings of being spaced out.
