Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

42 days since the competition closed, and still no marked sheets returned.Surely somebody must be able to give us a reason why.I put an awful lot of effort into trying to solve that quiz-I now wish I hadn't bothered, and had entered another competition where the organisers are prepared to give feedback within a reasonable amount of time.I applaud the time and effort that the majority of quiz organisers put into organising a new quiz, and the effort they put intop marking and returning the answers, which is why we feel let down when entries are left "in the air" without a response.

Hello all and thank you to all who bought the last quiz, the BCDF quiz. It is much appreciated! Thanks to those who sent in their answers!

Here are the winners and an explanation as to the delay in sending back the answers and quiz sheets. I apologise for the delay. If anyone phoned the office you would most likely get the answer machine, again I apologise, as we have had temporary staff in attendance, or not as the case has been.

All clues were solved, the one that puzzled a lot of you was number 73 The currant tea cake animal - answer Dalmation, ie a spotty dog, not Cur in the question, sorry!
I must apologise for not sending the answers and the New Quiz out, what with both myself and my husband having colds in March then the weather, it has taken me a while to sort it. Anyway, it is now on sale and you should have received a copy, I hope you like it!
