Two seperate questions
1) Ive recently read that human female pheromones are chemically the same as iguanas. Sounds a bit far fetched but is it true?

2) Do other planets have anything similar to our Van Allen belts on earth?

Thanks.

2) No, they don't. The Van Allen belts are a result of the approximately dipole pattern of the Earth's magnetic field, which is generated by rotation patterns in its liquid metal core. Other planets either have no metal core, or are too cold to have a liquid one.
2, Other planets have a field similar to the Van Allen belt.

From Wiki
"The term Van Allen belts refers specifically to the radiation belts surrounding Earth; however, similar radiation belts have been discovered around other planets. The Sun itself does not support long-term radiation belts, as it lacks a stable, global dipole field. "

"Van Allen radiation belts do exist on other planets in the solar system, whenever a planet or moon has a magnetic field that is powerful enough to sustain a radiation belt. However, many of these radiation belts have been poorly mapped. The Voyager Program (namely Voyager 2) only nominally confirmed the existence of similar belts on Uranus and Neptune"

Okay, so my planetary science from several decades ago has been superseded... Sorry.
As to the pheromones, nailit. Not sure. Couple of references to suggest that human female sex hormones may be similar/identical to male iguana hormones, anecdotally leading to aggression toward human females who are menstruating, but I can find nothing concrete.....
The man hostage belives I may well be a lizard due to my cold blooded nature as I'm always freezing and I don't move very quickly in the morning (cause I'm cold)... I think his scientific credentials are suspect though ;o)
^^ Aha! So you are the origin of David Ickes theories! :)

Thanx 4 replies guys,

It was in a david icke book that I first came across these ideas. Just wanted to check out the facts for themselves...
He's kinda messed up but in the interests of knowledge worth persuing.
