Hi there ,

Route print at a dos command will display the routing table in use on that machine. this is useful when troubleshooting routing problems - it will show

destination address , the subnet mask for that destination the gateway used to reach that destination and the local interface of the pc.

I hope that helps , if not reply and i will try to help more

It displays the local routing table.

This is used to help the computer decide where to send information on the network.
