Many many years ago I heard an ABBA song a couple of times on the radio. It was sooo beautiful, but I never caught the title and I always thought I'd certainly hear it again at some time or other, throughout the years. But I never did, and now all I can remember is that it was really good, and sung by one of the guys. Not much to go on, but then on the other hand I suspect there's only a handful of songs that Bjorn or Benny sang, so maybe "you clever lot" (as patiodors wrote) will be able to help me anyway. Unfortunately I probably won't be able to confirm rightaway whether or not you hit the spot, but oh please try.

This no answer and probably no help at all but it could well have been from their last album The Visitors which was much more experimental and less poppy (thats why no one likes it).
I know the lads sang on a couple of the tracks so you could start there.
I must add i cant stand abba but this album is actually quite good (cos it doesnt sound like abba)

Hi gary baldy, thanks for the effort. Doesn't seem to be a Visitors track, though. (I listened to samples at Amazon.) Well, it was a hopeless question anyway, as I don't really remember even a phrase - just that it was kind of slow, and beautiful rather than catchy.
How about 'Does Your Mother Know'. The guys take the lead in that

Or 'He Is Your Brother', they sing a couple of verses in that.

Thanks all! I'm having technical problems and couldn't sign back in to thank Luceononuro and redhand, but saw your replies. I think it may have been Another town another train, as that sounds kinda wistful, which is how I remember the overall impression. Now all I have to do is get the radio to play it! That should be fun!
